Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Nest Markets is a Sacramento retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
