Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Sacramento region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
