Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Sacramento, CA)

Fernwood Willow Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
