Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Sacramento, CA)

Amberfield Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Sacramento producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
