Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Willow Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Sacramento, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
