Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Union Foods Group is a Sacramento food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
