Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Rochester, NY)

Rivermark Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
