Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Richmond, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system.
