Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Richmond, VA)

Bright Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around Richmond. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
