Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Ivory Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
