Ironwood Amber Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system.
