Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Richmond with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 754 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
