Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Loom Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Reno. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
