Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Reno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
