Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Harbor Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We reward reliability. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
