Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
