Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Reno, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Reno. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
