Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Sable Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Reno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
