Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Sable Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Reno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
