Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
