Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Partners is a Columbus manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
