Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Orchard Health Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
