Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
