Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
