Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Health Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
