Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Ember Pharma develops and makes medicines in Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 621 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
