Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Corner Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
