Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Greenridge Pike Early Learning Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
