Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Northwind Stone Farms Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
