Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
