Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Summit Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boston region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
