Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight is a Oklahoma City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system.
