Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook River Property Management looks after rental homes across the Phoenix area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
