Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Haven Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
