Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Cedar Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Savannah area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
