Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Highbridge Timber Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
