Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Vale Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Louisville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
