Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Cobalt Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Spokane. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
