Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Pike Property Management Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 558 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
