Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing manages affordable housing communities across Nashville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
