Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Houston region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
