Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in New Orleans producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
