Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
