Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Harborlight Nest Markets is a Louisville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
