Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Summit Orchard Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
