Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Health provides primary and specialty care in Dallas, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
