Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Miami plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
