Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Field Press is a printer and publisher in Boise serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 982 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
