Lumen Forge Freight Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
