Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
